Remove duplicate tags or sources

Duplicate tags or sources

In very rare cases, tags or sources may appear in the list as duplicates in iCloud sync under certain conditions.

If this happened, please terminate the app manually. If you terminate the app manually, the database will be rebuilt and the duplicate tags or sources will be removed.

How to terminate the app manually

Case 1. iOS devices with Touch ID

  1. Double-click the home button of your device.
  2. Swipe up the thumbnail of Ikes to dismiss it. This action terminates the app.
  3. Wait 10 seconds.
  4. Open Ikes.

Case 2. iOS devices with Face ID

  1. Swipe up to the bottom of the screen and stop moving your finger when the list of apps appears.
  2. Swipe up the thumbnail of Ikes to dismiss it. This action terminates the app.
  3. Wait 10 seconds.
  4. Open Ikes.
